Manage all activities and strategies related to organizational communication for brk plants.


job duties:

1. plan communication strategies and campaigns for various departments.
2. develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs designed to inform employees about the initiatives and policies of the company they represent.
3. maintain and update internal and external communication portals, including press releases, websites, and social media.
4. help maintain the organization’s corporate identity and image.
5. design and follow up on low-cost, high-impact communication/promotion actions.
6. monitor national and local print media to stay informed about current public and news agendas.
7. work with the area manager to disseminate or create organizational communication notices or campaigns.
8. ensure that all information, communications, and visibility materials produced within the organization comply with the corporate image guidelines.
9. lead the organization of institutional events and coordinate their promotion, including events, campaign launches, dinners, etc.
10. support the production and editing of informational or educational videos as alternative communication strategies.
11. gather information to write newsletters, news articles, social media posts, and website content, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
12. properly store and preserve photos, videos, and case studies for organizational use.
13. update internal communication channels to reflect current organizational activities.
14. keep employees informed about key activities and news through newsletters and internal communication tools.
15. lead and coordinate cafeteria services.
16. support training and awareness initiatives among staff regarding environmental objectives, goals, and operational controls.
17. participate actively in the 6s program, ensuring compliance and performing activities as auditor, coordinator, leader, or committee member.
18. engage in safety and environmental systems compliance, carrying out assigned activities.


requirements:

* proficiency in graphic design and video creation/editing programs.
* microsoft office skills (excel, word, powerpoint).
* strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities.
* english proficiency.
* fixed-term contract.
