responsibilities

* apoyo en creación o adaptación de estrategias globales a mercados locales en latinoamérica.
* desarrollo de herramientas para facilitar el manejo de múltiples proyectos al mismo tiempo y asegurar su éxito (ejemplo: gantts, diagramas de flujo, uso de planner en teams, scorecards, etc.).
* diseño y creación de presentaciones efectivas para comunicar plan, ejecución y resultado de múltiples proyectos al cuerpo directivo de latam.
* creación y ejecución de campañas de comunicación internas con impacto en todos los empleados de 3 países.

contacto directo con el equipo directivo de latinoamérica, marketing, ventas y otros equipos cross-funcionales, además de tener contacto con equipos externos como agencias de marketing

job description: we seek an experienced transformation leader to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring methodological alignment, impact analysis, and comprehensive support for successful adoption across the organization.

the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in change management, with expertise in designing and executing agile or traditional change strategies aligned with business goals.
