End users support
* work with global it service team to provide onsite technical support to end users.
* manage and maintain end user’s hardware and software, ensuring end user devices and software are up‑to‑date with the latest patches and updates.
system installation and configuration
* install, configure, and maintain office it systems, such as pcs, mobiles, servers, networks, and software applications.
* provide technical support for system upgrades and migrations.
troubleshooting and problem resolution
* diagnose and resolve it‑related issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
* implement preventative maintenance measures to reduce the occurrence of it issues.
network management
* manage and maintain the local area network (lan).
* monitor and troubleshoot as first level for wan infrastructure, open local isp ticket and follow up for resolution, and elevate to global operation team for issues beyond local capability.
* prepare and configure switches and firewalls to hand over to global operation team for completion of final set up.
* troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist global operation team to optimize network performance for applications.
security and compliance
* implement and maintain it security measures to protect it systems and data from unauthorized access.
* ensure compliance with group it and cyber security standards.
* conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
data management
* manage data backups and recovery procedures for office and r&d data, including confidential financial, hr data, design and engineering data, etc.
* implement data retention policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
* optimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficient operations.
project management
* participate in it projects related to system modernization and efficiency improvements.
* assist in the planning, implementation, and testing of new it systems.
* identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure secure operation.
* provide technical expertise and support for global it projects local rollout.
stakeholder communication and collaboration
* serve as the primary point of contact for site it operations and it project local rollout.
* coordinate with l2/l3 it domains specialists at a global level to ensure the right implementation of rollouts in the site.
* collaborate with regional and group-level stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination to related users.
* create process guides, training materials, and end user guides as needed.
* work with vendors and third‑party service providers to address local technical problems.
