from mérida, you will act as the 24/7 web desk for young talents and work closely with our teams in europe, bali and mexico.operating model:- europe & bali: hiring demand from young companies- mérida: continuous talent sourcing, screening and follow-up- result: 24/7 live recruitment flow across time zonesmain objective of the role:to ensure a continuous inflow of candidates for all young companies through fast digital outreach, whatsapp screening and structured follow-up.key responsibilities
- act as the daily web desk for young talents
- continuously source candidates via linkedin, whatsapp, socials & platforms
- send out and manage the standard whatsapp screening flow
- first screening on speed, clarity, availability and salary
- schedule intake calls and trials
- support posting and reposting of vacancies
- maintain simple overviews of candidate pipelines
- follow up daily on inactive leads
- report weekly on inflow, interviews and placementswhat success looks like after 12 months
- a stable, always-live recruitment flow for all young companies
- structural weekly candidate inflow
- fast screening and short time-to-hire
