This position is the us brand point person for micro influencer relationships & initiatives.
the primary responsibilities involve developing & growing brand relationships with social influencers & executing initiatives to drive incremental awareness for the brand & products across digital & social platforms.
this position requires strong relationships skills, excellent communication & written skills with a strong knowledge of the digital and social media landscape.
the candidate must creatively think outside of the box & have an eye for detail.
what you'll do:
drive relationships with content creators & managers across key social channels including youtube & instagram & tiktok.develop a strategic plan to grow brand awareness/advocacy & drive incremental exposure for our key products while bringing brand dna to life.identify opportunities to increase quality & quantity of benefit generated content.identify measurement metrics to track content & exposure to measure program/activity success.work cross-functionally with internal teams to support all relevant initiatives, partnership requests & content needs.collaborate with the team to support influencer trips, events and activations.keep a pulse on beauty & makeup trends.
be an in-house expert on our product lines & educate content creators to insert benefit into the conversations of trends, solutions to dilemmas, etc.support all project expenses to keep on track & on budget.
identify cost savings opportunities.lead all internal communication on programqualifications:
3+ years marketing, pr and/or digital experience2+ years digital influencer experience preferreda passion for social media & the beauty industryknowledge & interest of beauty content & creators on youtube & social mediaexcellent relationship building skills and negotiating skillsproven track record for achieving results and driving projectsability to attend various corporate conferences and events (including air travel)travel as requiredschedule:
hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly to a benefit officethe target salary range for this position in california is $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
the actual salary offered is based on market location and will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
this position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
