Job description
ensure timely supply of finished product to customers through effective use of available systems and tools, ensuring stock control, minimizing time and flow of goods, scheduling requirements, and considering line capacity and material availability.
Maintain direct and continuous communication with customers, constantly providing a high level of service.
Plan capacity scaling to meet customer requirements that exceed existing technical and personnel capacity.
Determine strategies to achieve objectives for finished‑good inventory.
Follow up customer releases and production schedules.
Act as an intermediary between lpl and mrp, managing reporting and extensive analysis with sap transactions.
Ensure forecasted amounts to calculate the necessary purchase quantities from suppliers in coordination with mrp/lpl/toes.
Dispute penalties with customers when they are not justified.
Work autonomously and proactively to support general activities.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, business administration, international business, or a related field.
3 years of experience in customer service or a similar position.
3 years of experience in planning or a similar position.
Advanced excel skills.
Experience with sap.
Advanced english proficiency.
