About the role
As Commercial Manager, you’ll lead the business for your portfolio of integral brands — shaping strategies that inspire people to live active, balanced lives. You’ll own the full product and commercial cycle: from assortment and pricing to forecasting and sell-thru. We’re looking for someone deeply connected to sports and wellness, with the vision to build profitable growth and the discipline to make it happen.
Location & Work Model
Hybrid – based in our Polanco office, Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities
- Build commercial strategies and growth plans with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Identify new business opportunities across the sports and lifestyle portfolio.
- Define assortments, pricing, costs, margins, and profitability per channel.
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage supplier relationships.
- Oversee OTB planning, inventory management, and product availability.
- Develop data-driven forecasts and performance analyses.
- Ensure brand consistency and flawless in-store execution.
- Stay ahead of market trends and consumer insights.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in Merchandising, Category, or Product roles within retail, fashion, or sports.
- Proven experience across the full product lifecycle (pre-season, in-season, post-season).
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and external partners.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Passion for sports, wellness, and an active lifestyle.
- Leadership experience managing at least two senior reports.
- Data-driven mindset with solid financial and commercial acumen.
- Positive, energetic communicator with strong ownership and execution focus.
