Key responsibilities
1. Development and maintenance of distribution channels
* assist dealers to develop distribution channels in various regions.
* undertake company&eibc construction goals, publicize and implement policy, and assist dealers and distributors in the construction.
* visit eibc stores, review the status of each store, acquire business information, and ensure a good display of products on the shelf.
2. Collect business information
* investigate sales channels, track channel dynamics, and obtain information about competitors & business activities and competing products.
* summarize market information and customer feedback, analyze existing problems.
* collect industry information, including local industry development status and trends, government policy, and company trends in the industry.
required skills & experience:
* more than 3 years of sales experience in the power tools industry, and know well about the dealers/distributors development and management.
* proven track record of success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
* excellent communication, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* fluent in spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in english will be preferred.
* ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
