- supervise order, cleanliness and standards (dcs, dos).
- maintain whiteboard and indicators.
- guarantee tools and equipment.
- coordinate wo with advisors, technicians, reception and warehouse.
- monitor productivity and efficiency by wo.
- manage roadside assistance and wo returns.
- administrative management
- prepare failure reports for billing (warranty, contract, customer).
- use and supervise platforms like tia portal.
- comply with safety, health and environmental standards.
- define wo payers.
- ensure sufficient personnel.
- execute regional management projects.
- establish clear goals (best practices, hygiene, safety).
- propose, implement and follow up on improvements.
education
high school, tsu or technical degree completed
job profile
- 6 year in a similar position.
- basic knowledge of mechanics (preferred).
- experience in cycle counts.
- office software management (basic to intermediate).
- knowledge of safety standards and continuous improvement (5s, problem solving).
- experience in handling chemicals (preferred).
- desirable experience in reverse logistics and receiving international materials.
