major accountabilities:
* promote a continuous, high-quality infusion journey for patients and clients.
* adopt a patient-centered approach, optimizing the entire infusion experience.
* coordinate with hospital nurse navigators to align information.
* ensure correct order placement in the rlt rome system.
* maintain cross-functional communication to prevent disruptions.
* be knowledgeable about customs clearance processes to prioritize product importation respecting its expiration date.
* serve as the point of contact for suppliers.
* coordinate logistics and accommodation with healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers.
capabilities: technical/ market knowledge/ skills
* excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
* holistic understanding of hospital, novartis, and patient ecosystems.
* knowledge of supply chain and logistics, detail-oriented, process-driven.
