biweekly payroll.ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs and novelties.manage voluntary and involuntary terminations.day to day communication with payroll vendor and offshore team.ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, such as: income tax by salaries, local tax, social security, fonacot.bimonthly reconciliations between payroll and local books.support with pantry bonds processing, christmas bonus, saving fund annual distribution, ptu (profit sharing).contribute to the development of local procedures and controls.assist with internal and external audits (when required).support hr team and legal team to resolve issues related to pay, deductions, overtime, leaves, alimony, disability process, legal terminations, etc.essential:english fluency for communication with offshore team.proven experience in payroll processing and management.strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax rules and compliance obligations.experience in sap.experience supervising or mentoring a team.you may also reach out at *
