description
* perform the evaluation of supplier's parts within the different commodities
* ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through inspections, audits, etc.
* create entries for non-conforming material inside the system and validate quality incidents from other plants that could affect
* gather data through statistical measurements for failures, defects, quality issues, etc.
* implement robust containment actions when flaw or defect parts are identified
* create orders for sorting and/or reworks with approved work instructions
* execute actions for problem solving through different tools and deploy effective corrective actions
* perform all activities aligned with the tickets scope and kpi's targets
* participate actively in regular meetings
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical engineering and/or related
* 1 year of experience inside the automotive industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain) and/or similar positions
* experience with product/process audits according to international standards (vda, iatf16949 and/or iso 9001)
* good knowledge of non-conforming processes and material management
* good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and gd&t (is a plus)
* certified quality auditor under iso 19011 (desirable)
* handling of kpis and reporting
* gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
* knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing)
* good knowledge of microsoft office (word, access, excel, powerpoint)
* sap (desirable)
* fluent english (conversational level)
* available to rotate shifts
