Customer inventory management specialist
as a customer inventory management specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have the right products at the right time. This involves managing customer inventory replenishment and demand forecasting at the sku/store level using internal system tools as well as customer tools to gain visibility into business operations.
*key responsibilities*
- upload business strategies with national accounts
- generate weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators (kpis) for customers
- participate in the preparation of production forecasting for an optimal level of service with all club customers
- create ppt presentations summarizing main customer offer kpis for reviews or internal discussions
- identify opportunities at the sku/store level to optimize inventories and maximize revenue
- prepare and adjust customer purchase forecasts to maintain optimal omnichannel inventories
- monitor inventory levels at the customer level to ensure they remain on target
- track inventories through scorecards
- follow up on order shortages (sell in/sell out)
- timely follow-up of internal forecasts and customer projections
*requirements*
- completed bachelor's degree or equivalent
- internal systems including power bi and excel; customer portals
- at least two years of experience in a similar position
- advanced excel skills; knowledge of customer portals in national accounts; sap is a plus
