Position: food and beverage manager
location: san pedro garza garcía, n.l.
schedule: monday to sunday, with a weekday off
responsibilities:
1. oversee operations of the restaurant, room service, and events
2. design and update menus and dishes
3. control costs and maximize revenue
4. supervise staff and promote a positive work environment
5. ensure personalized service and excellent customer attention
6. handle complaints and suggestions to improve service
requirements:
1. education: bachelor's degree in food and beverage or related field (preferred)
2. experience: 5 years as a food and beverage manager in high-end hotels or restaurants
3. knowledge of:
1. health and food safety regulations
2. inventory and supplier management
3. cost control, budgeting, and waste reduction
4. gastronomy, mixology, and food pairings
4. skills:
1. motivational leadership and customer focus
2. problem-solving and effective communication
3. intermediate proficiency in microsoft office
5. language: english desirable
