key responsibilities
- support with collection activities
- work with internal / external customers
- respond to customer requests
- account reconciliations.
- handle a customer portfolio.
- order releases.
- evaluate risk on customer credit
- calling customers by phone
- supporting on cash applications
- update customer information in sap and related tools and support
- demonstrate abilities to deliver solutions to problems
- strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- lead projects that help to reduce pd and achieve goals
- ability to work with less supervision providing updates on the progress on portfolios
- customer account reconciliation
- lead meetings with teams such as cx, sales and customers
must have
- bachelor's degree in finance / accounting, management or related field
- english and french proficiency
- experience with sap and excel
- 1-3 years of experience with customer service and collections

- knowledge in mexican regulations
- experience with sap, excel, microsiga is a plus
- demonstrate abilities to deliver solutions to problems
