* ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery for each cycle.
* respond to employee tickets and inquiries, ensuring prompt review and resolution.
* perform quality controls throughout the payroll process and maintain updated documentation.
* conduct reconciliations, audits, and results validations.
* escalate any issues that may impact payroll execution to the team manager in a timely manner.
* accurately process cyclical events, including weekly, bi-weekly, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
* manage kronos timekeeping reports for payroll purposes.
