* oversee daily operations, including vat invoicing, payroll, and social contributions.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, plus a cpa license.
* 7+ years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in construction, and 4+ years of team management experience.
* expertise in mexican tax law, local gaap, and ifrs.
* advanced skills in financial software and excel (pivot tables, etc.).
