general responsibilities
* system governance and user access
o partner with hr to ensure standardized global processes and configurations that result in accurate and secure data
o manage role configuration and related access flags
o manage and enforce user access requirements
o assign user access and audit semi-annually
o maintain and troubleshoot interfaces used to impact user access following employment status changes
* system maintenance and upgrades
o maintain and document system configuration and processes
o review, test and support in the application of upgrades and patches
o maintain hr system org structure, objects, tables and picklist options
o audit and analyze data to ensure data integrity/accuracy
* custom interfaces and secure ftp reports
o configure and maintain secure ftp reports
o troubleshoot issues with custom interfaces
o coordinate with dayforce and key stakeholders to develop new or change existing custom interfaces
* user support, documentation and training
o develop and conduct training for new users
o provide training and documentation on new processes or functionality
o develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation
o provide troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues
o research system issues and coordinate with vendor support for resolution
o complete super-user central tasks/data entry and data imports
o assist with vendor data inquires and issue resolution
* data analytics and reporting
o write and maintain a variety of standard and custom reports
o report on data for audits, management, stakeholders
* payroll vendor relationships and support
o manage vendor access to auria’s hr systems
o assist with resolution of ipo/sd worx issues
o maintain and troubleshoot imports/exports between dayforce and ipo
* implementation projects and configuration changes
o lead or serve as a key contributor for hr-related system implementations
o manage deliverables and open issues for system configuration changes and new feature activations
* other duties as assigned
competencies
* strong / proficient english speaking and writing skills required
* excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* strong data analysis capability
* proficiency in hris software (dayforce preferred)
experience
* 3-5 years of experience in hris role preferred
education
* bachelors degree in human resources or related field preferred
travel
* ability to travel up to 25% of the time to supported plants
