rixos is a successful brand already established across the middle east and europe, and this is an important milestone in the brand’s global expansion.
responsibilities
* proven experience as an executive pastry chef in luxury resorts, 5-star hotels, or high-end fine dining establishments.
* strong expertise in french, italian, and contemporary pastry techniques.
* demonstrated creativity and innovation in menu development.
* excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
* high standards of quality, presentation, and guest experience.
* ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, luxury environment.
* fluent in english; additional languages are an advantage.
qualifications
* advanced pastry and dessert techniques (plated desserts, chocolate work, sugar artistry, breads, viennoiserie).
* menu design, seasonal concept development, and food cost management.
* team leadership, training, and performance management.
* knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
* ability to plan, forecast, and manage inventory and production efficiently.
* awareness of global pastry trends and luxury culinary experiences.
