Position overviewthe technical pre- and post-sales engineer plays a critical role in supporting the sales cycle, solution deployment, and ongoing integration of our hardware and software with both end users and isvs (independent software vendors). This position bridges commercial and technical teams, ensuring our products are successfully certified, integrated, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.job responsibilitiespre-sales support:• collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and define technical requirements.• present technical aspects of pos and self-checkout solutions to clients (demos, architecture, integrations).• provide technical input for proposals, rfps, and solution design.• support product trials, certifications, and proof-of-concepts with isvs and enterprise accounts.post-sales support:• lead the technical onboarding and deployment process with clients and integrators.• coordinate hardware/software support, issue diagnosis, and troubleshooting.• document and follow up on product certifications with isvs and end users.• act as a liaison between internal r&d and customer/partner technical teams.product & integration:• support testing and validation of hardware with various pos/hospitality/erp applications.• create and maintain documentation for integration guides, sdk usage, and api instructions.• assist in developing and maintaining demo environments for retail and hospitalityrequirements and qualificationstechnical skills:• solid understanding of windows-based pos hardware (drivers, peripherals, bios, i/o ports).• familiarity with self-checkout architecture, peripherals (scanners, printers, scales, payment devices).
