About the role
the key account manager will be responsible for client care, retention, and follow-up for both assigned companies and cases that require resolution.
What would you do?
- nurture strong relationships with clients to increase revenue for the company (client acquisition and workers/payroll).
- attend and resolve client issues and inquiries.
- develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and requirements to prepare tailored made business solutions.
- negotiate contracts with clients and meet deadlines to achieve the long-term objectives.
- keep records up to date in our crm.
- responsible for saving companies with cancellation requests.
- follow up on business growth, business needs, and development.
- development and execution of the referral program with active clients
*about you and what type of skills you’ll need*:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service roles.
- previous experience in banking or fintech industry preferably.
- completed or in-progress degree in economic or administrative areas.
- proficiency working with any crm and google suite.
- proven experience in managing key accounts.
- ability to build strong client relationships.
- ability to manage multiple accounts.
- strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- excellent customer service and communication skills.
- intermediate english.
