*key responsibilities*:
- design, deploy, and manage mdm solutions for mobile devices, including ios, and android platforms.
- provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for mdm-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mdm strategies and best practices.
- monitor and optimize mdm infrastructure, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards for mobile devices.
- develop and maintain documentation for mdm configurations, processes, and procedures.
- conduct regular assessments and audits of mdm environments to identify and address potential issues.
- provide training and support to end-users and it staff on mdm technologies and best practices.
*qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or related experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing mdm solutions.
- expertise in mdm technologies such as microsoft intune, jamf, and vmware workspace one
- strong knowledge of mobile device management, endpoint security, and compliance standards
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- fluent in english (must)
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- relevant certifications (e.g., microsoft certified: modern desktop administrator associate, jamf certified technician) are a plus
*preferred skills*:
- experience with scripting languages (e.g., powershell, python) for automation tasks
- knowledge of cloud services and backend technologies
- understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting
