Job title: business planning analyst
this is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a business planning analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development and monitoring of the business plan, participating in the analysis of financial results, and consolidating information to support timely decision-making aligned with our company's strategic objectives.
main responsibilities:
* business planning: support in the preparation and updating of the business plan and annual budgets.
* financial analysis: participate in the monthly analysis of financial results to identify variances from the budget and collaborate in identifying their causes.
* reporting: prepare financial, commercial, and operational reports that contribute to evaluating business performance.
* information consolidation: collaborate in consolidating information from different areas to facilitate financial analysis.
* budget control: monitor key performance indicators (kpis) and support budget control for various business units.
* presentation and reporting: assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and corporate teams.
* process improvement: propose improvements to processes for collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial information.
required skills and qualifications:
* languages: advanced korean – mandatory / non-negotiable
* education: bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
* experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or budget control.
* skills: intermediate/advanced knowledge of excel and data analysis tools. Power bi experience is desirable.
* personal attributes: strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Previous experience reporting to headquarters or working in corporate environments is preferred.
