Responsibilities

provides administrative support to executive officers, the ceo or president. Requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. Prepares presentation materials for board of director meetings. Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Requires a professional certification or equivalent experience in working with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries.
Assist with coordination of executive-level activities, ensuring timely and accurate information flow among stakeholders.

Knowledge and technical skills

requires mínimal supervision unless problems arise or as departmental goals and/ or tasks change.
Displays initiative and judgment in arranging job activities to achieve objectives.
Proactively advises and updates group regarding data analysis and reporting status. Prepares complex reports and maintains complicated records requiring careful selection, classification or compilation of information from several sources.
Ability to train others in usage of data and software systems as needed.

Relied upon by colleagues for project input and review. Prepares detailed reports and maintains complicated records requiring careful selection, compilation and analysis of information from various sources.

Minimum education and experience
high school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree and 6+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and years of related experience.
