Responsibilities
* manage lead lists and crm campaigns, ensuring compliance and accuracy of details.
* oversee the development of targeted invite lists for marketing tactics, coordinating with other teams as needed.
* collaborate with teams outside of marketing, such as our business intelligence / data analytics team, to prepare advanced analytics and insights.
* generate recurring reports and dashboards to provide insights on key performance indicators (kpis) and marketing roi.
* collaborate with marketing teams to answer questions, provide insights and develop actionable recommendations.
* coach marketing executives on the use and interpretation of the results, with a clear understanding of marketing operations reporting.
* understand systems and operating model to identify data gaps and improvement areas.
incident management
* act as the primary liaison for all marketing-related inquiries and issues, swiftly resolving incident tickets to ensure operational continuity and user satisfaction.
* be able to prioritize customer needs and promptly resolve and escalate issues.
* align work hours to provide support in amer and emea time zones.
* involved in projects that implement new features or functionality with the goal to ensure post-launch supportability.
