* market expansion: develop and execute strategies to launch and grow our presence in the mexican market, targeting key industrial sectors.
* client and distributor management: identify, establish, and nurture relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and major companies in mexico.
* sales leadership: supervise and coordinate national sales activities, ensuring sales objectives are met and exceeded.
* marketing collaboration: work with internal teams to create tailored marketing and promotional strategies for the mexican market.
* performance analysis: monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to adjust growth strategies as needed.
* head office communication: maintain regular and clear communication with the head office, providing updates on market trends, sales performance, and operational challenges to align strategies and ensure mutual goals are met.
requirements
* located in mexico
* education: bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
* languages: fully bilingual in spanish and english, with exceptional communication skills in both.
* experience: minimum of 5 years in b2b sales, ideally within the industrial vehicles, heavy machinery, or industrial technology sectors. Experience in opening and growing new markets is essential.
