Description:era una vez animations is looking for a business development & sales manager with proven experience in b2b sales of audiovisual content and/or publishing, to lead business development and close strategic deals for a growing animated ip.this is not a traditional sales role.it is consultative sales of intellectual property (ip). You will work directly with the creative and strategy teams to position pepito: the animated miniseries in international markets.responsibilities:- develop business opportunities for animated series and comics / publishing.
* prospect, pitch, and negotiate with sales agents, distributors, platforms, broadcasters, publishers, and ip licensors.
* present the project as a scalable ip with strong digital traction.
* lead negotiations covering territories, windows, exclusivity, and ip rights.
* build and manage an active b2b sales pipeline.
* represent the project in meetings, pitches, and industry events.
* gather market feedback and contribute to strategic and creative decision-making.qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in b2b sales of:- audiovisual content (animation, series, tv, streaming), and/or- publishing, comics, or ip licensing.
* proven track record of closed deals.
* strong understanding of distribution models, licensing structures, and ip rights.
* experience with latam, u.s., and/or european markets.
* excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
* fluent or advanced english (required).
* availability to work on-site in monterrey, nuevo león.salary range:- mxn $20,000 – $50,000 per month.
