responsabilidades
* partner with business process owners, oracle functional team, integration team, cross‑functional teams from salesforce and other boundary applications, and develop and support oracle cloud application functionalities in quote to cash area.
* work with oracle support on product related issues.
* advise best practice, provide technical and functional solution for major and recurring issues.
* provide technical leadership to the support team, manage key risks & issues, and provide timely updates and root cause analysis to the stakeholders.
experiencia
* basic qualification: 1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field.
* 2. 8 years of experience.
habilidades
* strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed.
* excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
conocimientos
* excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non‑technical audiences.
