we are looking for a forklift operator to join our manufacturing team.
based in tetla - mexico.
main responsibilities of the position
asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos, normas, políticas y procedimientos de los sistemas tl *, iso *, iso *; iso *, iso * e iso * (sistema de gestión integral) 6s ´s, lean y sigma sos, vigilando y promoviendo su aplicación y observancia en toda la compañía, con el fin de alinear todas las actividades realizadas con la cultura organizacional de la misma.
transferir producto para alimentar las líneas de producción y posteriormente recolectar el producto de salida para darle disposición en el siguiente proceso.
transfer material from the raw material warehouse to the machines at the request of the supervisor to continue the production process.
whenever required by the coordinator or supervisor, collect scrap from the machines or ordinary waste to transfer them to the assigned areas according to the current procedure.
carry out the movement of coils of product in process or finished product according to the requirement of the process sheet and production orders.
carry out the return of excess materials from production orders, punctually following the weighing and registration procedure in accordance with the logistics area.
actively participate in security programs such as dds, safety thursdays, bbs, etc., which guarantee the security objective of zero incidents (zero and even more) within the company.
stay trained and updated on security standards and policies within the company.
stop any activity or machinery if it is detected that it is putting safety, health, environment or quality at risk.
respect the speed limits established for forklifts within the plant.
who are we looking for?
formal education: (technical, specialization, engineering) high school completed or truncated.
years of experience: at least one year of experience operating forklifts.
training: safe handling of dc-3 forklifts
skills: safety orientation, initiative, commitment, teamwork and collective responsibility
