lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-end residential projects — covering design, procurement, construction, and interior design — while ensuring quality, timelines, budget, and client satisfaction. responsibilities
* lead the project from the initial architectural design phase through to final construction delivery.
* make strategic and operational decisions in coordination with executive management, design lead, interior design lead, construction superintendents, administration, and department heads, ensuring seamless integration across architecture, construction, interiors, procurement, and contractors.
* coordinate key communications with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, proactively managing relationships and project interests.
* monitor critical kpis such as cost, change orders, planned vs. actual physical progress, quality, and design. Report early warnings on actual or potential deviations and propose immediate corrective or preventive actions.
* manage teams and support their development, participating in the definition of key roles alongside human resources and executive management, promoting strong field leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
* master's degree in project management or construction management (preferred).
* certifications in project management such as lean, pmi, or pmp.
* experience with bim methodology: acc, build.
* advanced english proficiency (required).
* knowledge of planning techniques including wbs, cpm, and s-curve (earned value management).
