About the role

this role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional business management support to drive success. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dedicated support to one or more services within a specific division, focusing on governance, front office engagement, transparency, financial control, and people data management.

key responsibilities

* business analysis: support the respective team and service managers in operations by analyzing complex issues, identifying long-term strategic implications, and providing recommendations.

* financial management: manage and control financial plans, allocations, forecasts, actuals, accruals, and headcount to ensure effective resource utilization and risk mitigation.

* compliance and regulatory oversight: monitor and report on compliance and regulatory requirements, including sqr, conduct risk, and occ, to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

* project support: assist in project work, strategy development, and transformation activities to drive business growth and improvement.
