Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director Program Management the Program Manager’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Interfacing with customers, including solving customer problems, building relationships, and managing escalations.
- Experience in Electronic Industry / PCBA.
- Leading successfully high mix projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in new product Introduction (NPI)
- Participating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables.
- Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives.
- Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment.
- Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes.
- Participating in lean initiatives.
- Experience in automotive industry (desirable).
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Advanced English
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Program/project management in engineering, production, operations, supply chain, or related management.
- Experience in Manufacturing/industrial industry in supply chain, engineering and finance, and operation planning positions.
- Has a comprehensive understanding of key financial indicators and their implications on profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Understands contracts, including commercial (price, delivery, obligations, warranty, scope, etc.) supply chain and legal terms.
- Knows manufacturing processes, including KPIs, deliverables, quality, supply chain management (Site inventory, turns, efficiency and optimization around warehousing), production capabilities (human, machine, materials - Bill of Material Pricing & Approved Vendor List), resource management, and continuous improvement to ensure on time delivery and customer.
