our client - a recognised private equity real estate fund focused on vertical residential projects - has an amazing opportunity to join their talented team as head of property management. You will play a critical role in overseeing the residential portfolio, upholding the operational excellence, high-quality living experiences and exceptional service offered to residents in multiple properties. The position is based in mexico city. *what the job involves*
- maximise property profitability by identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization
- monitor financial performance and analyse variances to ensure alignment with budgetary targets
- develop annual operating budgets and financial plans for each property in close collaboration with the asset management team and executive leadership
- oversee the properties' operations (leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and regulatory compliance, among others)
- optimise operational efficiency and consistency across properties by implementing standardised processes and procedures
- cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service and tenant satisfaction
- implement strategies to enhance resident retention and promote a positive living experience
- engage with residents and create a sense of community within each property
- perform performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to drive individual and team success
- lead the property management team and create a collaborative and inclusive work environment
*who we are looking for*
- solid experience in residential or hospitality management. Proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering exceptional service
- bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field. Postgraduate degree is a plus
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
- bilingual fluency in spanish and english
