- support recruitment efforts across various platforms, including job boards and social networks, to attract top talent.
- maintain employee records, manage administrative tasks, and support record-keeping processes.
- assist in sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers for favorable prices and delivery terms, and managing payment procedures and freight costs based on delivery locations.
- prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on pre-closings, quotations, pos, deliveries, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- accurately input data, texts, and figures into internal systems with speed and precision.
- create professional reports, tables, and graphs using various software tools.
- safeguard sensitive information when transmitting documents and data through internal channels.
- perform basic physical and digital archiving following established protocols.
- communicate clearly and effectively in writing and speech, transmitting precise information.
- support management with administrative tasks and execute assigned corporate activities.
- deliver high-quality client and colleague service, utilizing appropriate technology tools.
- maintain confidentiality in handling all information and documentation.
- keep the workspace organized and ensure proper tool and material care.
- develop habits of punctuality, responsibility, and orderliness.
- *education*: bachelor’s degree in administration, international business, languages, or related fields.
- *experience*: 3-5 years in administrative roles with proven advanced english skills (c1).
- *technical skills*: expertise in microsoft office, internal platforms, filing systems, and basic logistics and procurement processes.

- fluency in spanish and english (spoken and written)
