* implements health, safety, security and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for the employee and department safety.
* creates incident reports and performs inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of hsse.
* interacts with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations.
* encouraging and recognizing personnel at all levels in order to promote ownership and commitment to hsse processes.
* setting a clear leadership standard and promoting a high level of quality, safety, security and environmental awareness
* documenting, implementing and maintaining the hsse procedures and plans applicable to the project.
* participates in incident investigations and help implement the appropriate actions.
* conducts field activities oversight, audits and inspections, daily tool box meetings attendance, client interface.
* skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
