as a district sales manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of representatives, ensuring the correct execution of administrative processes and promoting internal networking necessary to achieve the organization's goals.

* achieve sales growth and objectives through assertive, efficient, and empathetic management of the sales team.
* design and implement an action plan that ensures the correct execution of marketing strategies, driving sales growth and product positioning in promotion.
* recruit, select, and train representatives, managing their performance and actively participating in the development of competencies to form high-performance teams.
* analyze and interpret sales data, targets, and kpis.
* develop strategic action plans.
* knowledge of market and products - metabolic line.
* implementation of corporate strategies (human resources, regional, bhu, and marketing).
* results-oriented approach and resource management.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical chemistry, biology, administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
* intermediate english level.
* prior experience coordinating teams.
* proficiency in digital tools such as ddd and veeva (desired).
* availability to travel 75% of the time to the northwest region.
