Position purpose
performs daily and weekly cash flow projections, reviews daily investment balances, manages armored car company operations, reviews billing charges, and ensures the timely delivery of cash to banks. Supports the brazil office with petty cash requests and new bonds for store openings.
primary accountabilities
* create daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual cash flow projections, along with various reports related to interest projections, investments, sofom payments, fees, etc.
* manage bond requests for mexico and brazil, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up with the us department and broker in mexico, including the delivery of initial petty cash funds to stores.
* perform the cash flow international report, analyzing excess cash in mexico and brazil in local currencies and usd, and prepare reports related to fees for tender acceptance, interest income, investments, etc.
* supervise the treasury analyst responsible for updating fee reports, banking system user administration, and management of store terminals and deposit slips.
* coordinate armored car company processes, review monthly invoice charges for tender fees, and follow up with the company to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* maintain and follow up on store insurance annual renewals and coordinate any risk management claims in stores.
education & experience
level of formal education: a bachelor's degree (ba, bs) or equivalent.
area of study: treasury
years of experience: two to three years.
type of experience: experience in treasury activities, cash flow, analysis, reporting, etc. Fluent in spanish and english. Excellent excel and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills and human relations skills.
