*what you'll do*:primary function: manages the human resources function, focusing on establishing and improving key hr systems and processes to support growth.
ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and eaton corporation mandates.
provides services in staffing, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and training for both salaried and hourly employees.essential functions:ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.drive culture and organization effectiveness aligned with business strategy.promote positive employee relations through eaton work practices.represent the company in collective bargaining negotiations and meetings.maintain hr information systems for data integrity.select top talent, build leadership capability, and manage staffing metrics.develop inclusion & diversity and community strategy.plan headcount, recruit at all levels, and support plant operations.manage performance assessments, goal setting, and feedback.provide coaching and consulting on performance management.administer compensation programs to reward employee performance.supervise training and development for core competency building.support environment, health, and safety management systems.promote and oversee wellness initiatives.participate in prolaunch process for work package approvals and functional reviews.li-sl4*qualifications*:1) bachelor's degree required; preferred business administration, human resources or related field.2) 3-5 years supervisory experience in hr, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment.3) 1-3 years' experience as hr manager.4) in-depth knowledge of mexican federal labor law and local business practices.
5) bi-lingual (spanish & english)6) ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.7) ability to build trust & maintain confidentiality is critical.8) demonstrated organizational & prioritization skills.
