We specialize in designing and conducting clinical research studies to bring innovative therapies to market. As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a clinical trials business development manager to join our team.

*responsibilities*:

- *client relationship management*:

- cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and research institutions.
- serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- *market research*:

- conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, therapeutic areas, and emerging trends in the clinical trials landscape.
- analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay informed about opportunities and challenges.
- provide regular updates on market developments to the management team.
- *business development*:

- identify and pursue new business opportunities in the clinical trials sector.
- develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and regulatory affairs, to ensure comprehensive client solutions.
- *proposal development*:

- prepare and present high-quality proposals for clinical research studies.
- work closely with scientific and regulatory teams to align proposals with industry standards and client expectations.
- conduct presentations and address inquiries from clients during the proposal process.
- *sales and revenue generation*:

- meet and exceed sales targets for clinical trial services.
- negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- track and report sales performance to the management team.
- *networking*:

- attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the company's clinical trial capabilities.
- establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

*qualifications*:

- bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-4 years of experience in clinical trials or a related field, with a focus on business development and sales.
- in-depth knowledge of the clinical trial process, regulations, and industry best practices.
- strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both english & spanish.
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
