requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to answer questions directly and clearly.
* proficient in using microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook) with experience with tools like chatgpt being a plus.
* fluency in english required due to the diversity of our client base.
* able to handle direct feedback and communicate issues honestly with a thick skin.
* customer-oriented with the ability to handle client problems with common sense and escalate issues when needed.
