*what you'll do*
- support leadership team to get customer satisfaction and growth among a portfolio of customers
- support drafting business requirement documentation for project specifications related to business analysis
- supporting unit leads with administrative tasks for customers
*what we're looking for*
- bachelor degree (b.a./b.s.) in a customer success, relationship management, account management, administrative or similar career.
- exceptional listening, communication and presentation skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
- empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our team to support customers needs.
*skills*:
- results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed, action, and continuous improvement
- intermediate powerpoint skills and experience with excel preferred
