Responsibilities
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
- Sourcing candidates from various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conducting thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Providing mentorship and training to junior recruitment staff.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on progress to management.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or specialized role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends in engineering and technology.
- Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the recruitment process independently.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Fluency in English is highly preferred.
- Experience in engineering or technology recruitment is a strong advantage.
