protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services ().
we are currently looking for a land surveyor to join our team for various projects in the usa.
project: road/highway/bridge/structure
estimated duration of the position: 1–2 years.
generally, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give them continuity.
language and level required: english, upper intermediate level b2, advanced c1.
responsibilities
conduct physical site surveys using a variety of equipment and tools.
prepare reports, drawings, and perform electronic data collection.
process field data.
interface with surveyors and civil engineers.
verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations of as-built documents.
shifts
shifts: monday to friday (40 hours weekly).
9 hours daily, 45 hours per week (one hour lunch break).
requirements
bachelor degree in civil engineering, topography or similar (hold a professional license).
a minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor in road/highway/heavy civil construction projects.
familiarity with electronic total stations, digital levels, and field data collection equipment.
working knowledge of autocad civil 3d, excel, microsoft word, adobe, and other ancillary survey software.
analytical and problem-solving skills.
meticulous attention to detail.
effective written and communication skills.
ability to work independently and as part of survey and construction teams.
