mission

lead the development of ecommerce and alternative channels, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and flawless execution of digital and non‐traditional sales strategies. The role focuses on building strong customer partnerships, optimizing online presence, and supporting business expansion beyond traditional retail. This position enables the company to capture growth opportunities in the fastest‐growing commercial segment, provides data‐driven insights for digital strategy, and ensures that ecommerce operations align with profitability and brand objectives.

key responsibilities
* manage and grow assigned ecommerce and alternative channel accounts.
* achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets per account.
* execute tailored customer strategies, promotions, and visibility initiatives.
* analyze account performance, generating regular reports and actionable recommendations.
* support order‐to‐cash processes to guarantee timely deliveries and collections.
* strengthen relationships with partners, acting as the main commercial contact.
* collaborate with cross‐functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, catalog management) to ensure seamless execution.
* identify opportunities in emerging channels, marketplaces, and alternative distribution formats.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
* 3–5 years in key account management, ecommerce, or digital sales.
* strong negotiation and communication skills.
* analytical mindset, with proven ability to leverage data for decision‐making.
* experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* native spanish; english advanced preferred.

* sales performance management
* ability to track and deliver net sales vs. target and previous year.
* profitability & margin optimization
* strong understanding of gross margin % and overall account profitability.
* market share growth
* capability to analyze and increase market share within ecommerce and alternative channels.
* supply chain & logistics coordination
* ensure product availability and on‐time delivery at ≥95%.
* digital shelf management
* knowledge of online product visibility, content accuracy, and compliance with digital shelf standards.
* forecasting & demand planning
* maintain forecast accuracy within ±10% through data‐driven planning.
* promotional roi analysis
* evaluate and maximize return on investment of online promotions and campaigns.
* reporting & insights delivery
* provide timely, accurate commercial reports and actionable insights to sales and channel teams.

$65,592.00 -$ 77,475.00 /monthly
