*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- proven experience in hr or people operations, with a focus on talent management and employee engagement.
- strong knowledge of hr best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- proficient in hris systems and microsoft office suite.
- strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret hr metrics and data.
