- define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- utilize agile methodologies and tools (e.g., jira, trello, asana) to manage product development.
- facilitate scrum and kanban ceremonies and ensure adherence to sdlc processes.
- engage with clients and sponsors to understand needs and communicate product vision.
- apply prioritization techniques to manage backlog and deliver high-impact features.
- monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- ensure alignment between product goals and stakeholder expectations.
- lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies.

- minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or agile project delivery.
- strong understanding of agile methodologies including scrum, kanban, and scaled agile.
- proven experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product success.
- proficiency in product management tools such as jira, trello, and asana.
- ability to analyze product metrics and user feedback.
preferred qualifications
- certified scrum product owner (cspo) or equivalent agile certification.
- experience with enterprise product development and lifecycle management.
- background in business analysis or software development.
- familiarity with agile scaling frameworks and enterprise agile transformation.
- experience in stakeholder reporting and cost modeling.
