responsibility level:
perform, check and evaluate new product design to manufacture in the plant, conducting the necessary analysis and information for its manufacturing following the pdp.
diligently perform the evaluation of the new products to manufacturing and assembling based on jcms and plant capabilities and capacities (production redline review analysis).
principal duties:
1.
implement a new products and ec product design taking in consideration jcms principles (layout, balance of line, process capacity) and capabilities of the plant.
2.
develop, maintain and control product information such as drawings, bill of materials dxfs, etc.
3.
give ergonomic solutions for the product and the process from product design.
4.
develop savings projects va.
5.
coordinate and control engineering information in the sap system, and provides consultancy to the product engineers in the usage of this tool as a super user.
6.
participate actively in the development of warranty reduction strategies.
7.
daily relationship with support departments.
8.
ensure that the cost reduction initiatives are implemented at the factory.
9.
support continues improvement initiatives within the production and others departments.
10.
innovative and creative problem solver focused in continuous improvement.
11.
strong analytical skills on important and critical issues, demonstrated success on.

13.
report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation.

ensure ehs, quality & jcms goals and metrics are established in gpas for all employees.
*requirements*:
- bachelor (mechanical / industrial or mechatronics) degree.
- english > 90 %.lena concept / training.
- 5 years minimum experience.
- ability to relations with direct people.
- leader skills.
- ability to develop and motivate direct reports.
- this position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details.
