Operations specialist
we are seeking a skilled operations specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for dispatching job orders to house truckers, monitoring appointment compliance, and communicating with customers.
* dispatch job orders to house truckers in a timely and accurate manner.
* monitor all dispatched job orders to ensure appointments are made and communicate any issues to suppliers.
* communicate with customer service regarding appointment changes or missed appointments.
* evaluate suppliers every 6 months to review their performance and identify areas for improvement.

about the role:
