what you'll be doing:
1. strategy: develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the global promotion of display solutions, targeting oem, embedded, and industrial markets (a&d, medical).
2. campaigns: coordinate product launches, npis, and commercial campaigns, including digital and social media channels. Work with the arrow advantage team for lead generation.
3. market analysis: analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity in the display segment to shape messaging and value propositions.
4. supplier relations: understand the strengths and weaknesses of our display suppliers and position them accordingly within arrow’s technology strategy.
5. enablement: collaborate with global sales and technical teams to deliver enablement materials, training, and collateral that accelerate pipeline growth.
6. content creation: oversee the creation of product content, case studies, and thought leadership around display applications and solution areas.
7. digital presence: manage digital campaign execution, webinars, events, and arrow.com landing pages to drive engagement and qualified leads.
8. marcom: partner with suppliers to align joint go-to-market activities, co-marketing investments, and cross-regional initiatives.
9. performance: track campaign performance, kpis, and provide actionable insights to improve roi.
10. subject matter expert: act as the display segment expert in commercial discussions, supporting arrow’s strategic partnerships and sales pursuits.
what we are looking for:
11. bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field.
12. minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, product management, or segment management within electronics, displays, or embedded systems.
13. proven record of international campaign management and multi-region collaboration.
14. experience with marketing automation tools and digital marketing best practices.
15. excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
16. ability to translate technical display features (resolution, brightness, touch integration, etc.) into commercial value for global audiences.
17. travel required to us and can, at least 1 per quarter.
