Sales assistant executive job

job summary: we are seeking a skilled sales assistant to support the sales team in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and team members.

the ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in ms office and salesforce tools. They should also possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.



about the role:

* support the global vice president of sales in daily sales activities and client communication
* assist in preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and reports
* respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner
* maintain and update client databases, crm systems, and sales records
* support the global vp of sales in daily duties and grow the mexican travel agent community
* conduct agent presentations and webinars
* some travel required in the local market of mexico city
* help organize roadshows, client invites, promotional events, and fams for the team
* track and follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to client requests
* compile data and assist in analyzing sales trends and performance metrics
* manage inventory of marketing materials and assist with campaign execution
* provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars



requirements:

* diploma in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or customer service sector
* strong verbal and written communication skills
* excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint) and salesforce tools
* positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
* ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* professional appearance and demeanor
* proficiency in english and spanish



preferred skills:

* knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
* ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
